For landowners
Identify potential buyers and partners for your land.
We compare prospective buyers and development partners by location, site type and your objectives, with a review of available documents and questions for initial discussions.
Free initial consultation. Scope and fixed fee agreed before work begins.

Site research and potential counterparties
Before work begins, we agree the research scope, list format, delivery date and fixed fee in writing.
- Public-source site review
- Available information on the plot, surroundings and proposed use, with sources and review dates. Missing documents and unresolved questions are identified separately.
- Potential buyers or partners
- Companies selected by site type, location and objectives, with relevant projects, selection rationale and contact routes. Interest in your land is established through outreach.
- Questions for initial discussions
- Missing information, questions for the owner and suggested next steps. Legal, design and planning issues are flagged for specialist assessment.
Discuss your plans for the site.
Tell us where the land is and what you are considering. Please leave detailed documents out of the form.

Do I need all the documents before the consultation?
No. A description of the site and your intentions is enough for an initial conversation. The consultation is free; site research and the company list form a paid engagement. We request documents according to the agreed scope.
Will you also approach the selected companies?
If agreed. Before making contact, we establish the recipients, wording and information that may be shared. We cannot promise a response, an offer or a land sale.
