What we process
Your name, email, optional phone number, selected topic and message. If you arrive through a labelled campaign link, the form may also include non-personal codes for the segment, wave and offer variant. We use them to respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible engagement.
Form submission
When submitted, the form sends the information to Web3Forms for email delivery. Our email and hosting providers also process information. Web3Forms may process data outside the EU.
Purpose and retention
We process form data on the basis of your consent to handle your enquiry. We retain it for 24 months from the last correspondence unless an engagement or legal obligation requires a different period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and withdraw consent at any time. Contact: ventures@origination.cz. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies and calculations
The site uses no third-party analytics, first-party cookies or localStorage. The workspace processes briefs, comparisons and document status in the open page’s memory. It does not automatically send or save the content; files are downloaded or imported only when you choose. Downloaded files remain on your device. Valuation calculations run in your browser. A company-number query is sent to ARES and a currency query to the exchange-rate provider; consultation enquiries are submitted separately.
