Before we begin.

The first consultation clarifies your objective. Any subsequent work has a written scope, defined deliverables, a timetable and a fixed fee.

Before the first
conversation.

Who do you work for?

Buyers and investors, owners of businesses and property, development projects and advisory teams. The brief determines whether we research opportunities, buyers or capital partners.

What is free?

The first consultation. It establishes what you need and whether we can help. Research, assessment or outreach begins after paid work has been agreed.

How is the fee set?

It reflects the market covered, search difficulty, depth of assessment and agreed outputs. The fixed fee and payment terms are clear before work starts. Scope changes are agreed first.

Do we pay only when a transaction closes?

Our core model is an agreed fee for defined work. You pay for research and other commissioned outputs; payment is not conditional on a transaction completing.

Is a contact the same as confirmed interest?

No. We distinguish a researched contact, an approach sent, an actual response and an agreed introduction.

Can we commission an assessment or presentation separately?

Yes. Each service can be a standalone assignment, with agreed inputs, scope and delivery format.

How do you handle confidential information?

Before sensitive material is shared, we agree how it may be used and any confidentiality arrangements required. You also approve what a counterparty may receive before outreach.

How long does an assignment take?

Timing depends on scope and access to information. The proposal states the delivery date, any interim outputs and what we need from you.

Discuss your plans.

The first consultation is free. We then propose the scope and fee.
