A clear role in each engagement
We work with investors and owners. Before each engagement, we clarify representation and potential conflicts of interest. We do not share one client’s confidential information with another.
Outcome of discussions
Selecting a contact does not imply their interest. A response, meeting, financing or completed transaction is not guaranteed. Public information has limits in availability and accuracy.
Specialist review
The agreement defines the extent of verification. Legal, tax and technical assessments require the relevant specialist under an agreed scope. An indicative valuation or illustrative calculation is not a certified expert appraisal.
