Czech manufacturing software: three different businesses

Aimtec, Minerva and HELIOS all serve manufacturers. That does not make them comparable acquisition candidates. This sample separates what they supply from which business a buyer would actually assess.

The buyer’s criteria change the selection

The illustrative brief concerns manufacturing-software capabilities in Czechia. A buyer seeking a proprietary product and a buyer building an implementation platform need different lists. Public descriptions establish an initial classification; they do not establish financial fit or availability for sale.

A product-and-services hybrid requires a different comparison from a pure software business.

What is the product/services revenue mix, which entity holds the software rights, and who owns the business?

Minerva Česká republika

Assess the implementation capability and count the disclosed group once. Do not attribute ownership of QAD’s core product to Minerva.

Which partner rights and extensions belong to the business, and would those rights transfer?

Asseco Solutions CZ / HELIOS

HELIOS is an ERP product within Asseco Enterprise Solutions. Its manufacturing workflow also involves implementation partners and separately developed modules.

The product, a module and the implementation business may have different providers. Group membership does not establish a separable acquisition perimeter.

Which platform, module, contracts and entities would the brief cover?

Gativa and Gatema IT are one company

The Recutech reference uses Gativa for the implementation partner and Gatema IT for the manufacturing-module developer. Gatema IT became Gativa on 1 October 2025. These names must be consolidated, while the HELIOS platform remains separate from the partner’s work. Legal IP ownership is not established here.

What this sample establishes

A source-backed classification and the questions for the next stage. It does not verify financial quality, recurring revenue, legal IP title, exact control rights, transferable partner contracts or transaction interest. Vendor references are not independently verified customer results. This is an illustrative brief, not a client mandate or a list of businesses for sale.

For an assignment, agree the capability, geography and exclusions first. Then verify the relevant entities, group relationships and material unknowns. Company contact and financial, legal or technical diligence require a separate agreed scope.
