Find and approach
transaction counterparties.

Acquisition targets, buyers and capital partners. We research the market, build the contact base and run approved outreach through to documented responses and handover.

What makes a company worth approaching?

Research fit

Manufacturer A

Precision components

Sample finding
€12m revenue · Czechia
Assessment
The business model and revenue match the sample criteria. Ownership and willingness to discuss a sale still need checking.
Proposed action
Prepare an approach

Confirm the owner’s role and contact route. Check the client’s existing relationships and exclusions before asking for approval.

Possible next step
If the owner agrees to a discussion

Record their conditions and open questions. Hand the conversation to the client; a meeting is not a sale commitment.

Outside the brief

Distributor B

Industrial tool distribution

Sample finding
€9m revenue · Slovakia
Assessment
Revenue and geography fit, but the brief calls for manufacturers. A distribution business does not meet that criterion.
Proposed action
Exclude from this mandate

Record the reason. Do not send a message just because a contact is available.

Possible next step
When to reconsider

Only if the client changes the brief or new evidence establishes a qualifying manufacturing business.

Further checks needed

Manufacturer C

Custom metalwork

Sample finding
Revenue not available · Czechia
Assessment
The activity appears relevant. The sample contains no reliable revenue figure or ownership record.
Proposed action
Hold for further research

Find the missing evidence and flag the uncertainty. Do not silently score unknown information as a match.

Possible next step
Before an approach

The client sees what is known, what is missing and why the account remains on hold.

This illustrates our process. No company has been contacted and no response is implied. See a sourced company comparison ↗

A mandate, carried through.

From the search criteria to the person taking the next conversation. One brief and one person responsible for delivery.

Research & database
Companies and economic groups matched to your criteria. Sources, contact roles, verification status and reasons for inclusion or exclusion.
Campaign & materials
An approach for each segment, messages and supporting materials. Agreed recipients, channels, disclosure rules and follow-up.
Outreach & follow-through
We make approved approaches, handle replies and follow up within the agreed scope. Your team receives the discussion, open questions and next action.
A working record
A current database and a concise progress report: reviewed, approved, contacted, replied and handed over. Declines and unresolved contacts stay visible.

Start with a defined pilot.

A focused assignment can combine the company search, campaign preparation and an initial approved outreach batch. We agree the market, criteria, review depth, channels, delivery period and handover before starting.

Fixed fee, agreed against your brief.

Any success fee is agreed separately. Research volume is not a promise of replies, meetings or transactions.

What we need from you

The target profile, geography, transaction objective and timing. Add existing contacts, exclusions and what we may disclose. An anonymised brief is enough to start.

Approval, confidentiality and existing relationships

Whom we approach and why

Work starts with an approved selection. We establish why a business, investor or owner is relevant and who is responsible for the matter at hand. We identify the contact source and verification status. A discovered address is never presented as a personal relationship or evidence of interest.

You approve the message and the approach

We agree whose interests we represent, which information may be shared and whether an anonymous introduction is appropriate. The message explains the reason for contact and proposes a specific next step. Follow-up activity and the way responses are handed over are also defined in advance.

A clear record of the work

We record approaches, replies, information requests and declines. When both sides wish to continue, we can arrange an introduction and summarise the discussion so far. The initial consultation is free. Selection, outreach scope, deliverables and a fixed fee are agreed in writing; response and meeting volumes are not promised.

Checking against your existing list

Before outreach, we compare selected companies against your existing contacts and do-not-contact list, recording the list version and check date. Matches by legal identity, domain or a similar name are resolved with you; missing evidence is not treated as consent. Approval applies to the specific recipient and message.

What counts as an introduction?

Both parties agree to establish direct contact and receive the relevant context. Finding an address or sending an email does not, by itself, constitute an introduction.

Can you work with our own list?

Yes, subject to an agreed brief and scope. We need to understand existing relationships, previous approaches and any counterparties that must not be contacted.

An example of the underlying research

The investor-screening example shows how selection is documented. It is a fictional research example, not a completed outreach campaign.
