- People and responsibility
- Named preparer and reviewer, relevant experience, engagement contact and communication rules for your team.
- Conflicts and confidentiality
- Review of relationships with the client and target companies; agreed confidentiality, permitted use of materials and any subcontractors.
- Data access
- We store materials in our business Microsoft 365 / OneDrive. For each engagement, we confirm authorised users, data locations and any transfers, retention including backups, and the return or deletion procedure.
- Use of AI tools
- Your team’s rules: permitted tools, purposes and data categories. Use of client data must follow agreed permissions; human review has a named owner.
- Contract and acceptance
- Contracting party, scope, fee, deadline with time zone, deliverables, review and acceptance criteria. Documents and signature status confirmed before work starts.
